I saw on "MythBusters" about the efect of a shotgun shell at close range over the human body: It wont make you fly 5 ft on the air... so Raggdolls are not totaly "realistic" but for fun department is OK..

p.s.: I pointed out - *Bonus* - meaning it's not sniper rifles but those are pretty damn close to being semi-auto sniper rifles.

Also, if you don't agree with those being sniper rifles, then maybe you should go complain to NATO and Different Armies who classified them as Sniper Rifles.

The G43 and the Soviet SVT were both 'used' successfully as sniper rifles in WW2 whether you agree with it or not. I will agree that the bolt sniper rifles are better though, I loved the KAR98 sniper in MOH.
