Sniper help

hey guys just a quick question
Do I need the special forces add on to unlock the l96a1 (I think?) sniper rifle??

my first unlock was the m95 but when i got my second it wasnt in the list so I went for the g3

any help would be great thanks guys!! :-)

Yes you need SF to unlock it.
