Conquest is something different as Infantry And at infantry I can tell you they are way superior. And somebody told me something about Magnificent combining with aPas? If that's going to happen you've got a extremely good team there.

I have seen Warchild and 20ID people playing on pubs. They are good but I've seen better pubbers. Back in Brazil these clans that play on CAL used to play on pubs a lot. They were far from being much better than the others. ChesireCat or whatever his nickname has noob-ish pub stats and just further supports what I say.

The big difference is that "Our best 8" is not a team that plays as a real team, but surely with some time they could whoop your elitist clan asses.

Also consider that especially the Warchild guys like to act like a bunch of 12-y-old retards and go TK-ing, forcing TK's and throwing FB's on teammates when playing on pubs.

You need to realize that not everyone who wears a team's tags are one of their starting players (Detox, hehe). Most teams have not so great players who play as backups every once in a blue moon. These players spend most of their time playing in pubs, thus you are more likely to see them than one of their really good players. Also, teams such as warchild have "b-teams" who wear the same tag as them as well. Also, since most clan players stick to one role in matches such as infantry, tanking, or flying, in pubs they often do not play their main role for varieties sake. How someone plays in a pub means NOTHING. And here's a suggestion Mr.Leatsauce, if you starting 8 is so good and can whip everyone in CAL, why do you make a team and sign the **** up for CAL? Talking **** doesn't mean anything, if your good prove it in the league.

Who the hell is talking baout pubbing? The best BF2 players hardly ever pub, and when they do, no one takes it serious...

Honestly, there is not one person that regulars these forums tat can even fathom the skill put into the matches we play in CAL.

Should we tell these morons that while they are playing for stats... being a sheep to EA, that there are actualy tournaments going on for $50,000 and teams like 20ID and HOT have won...

Do we ned to tell them that you guys have had trips with full expenses paid for, and your whole team flown out of state to compete... Trust me... no one from Total BF2 is being noticed becuase of their stats...

Sorry just like to ad in the fact that you guys are putting all pubbers into a group of idiots, as if a tag next to a name represents your amazing play style.

Firstly, your not gonna find the ultra-suck pubber on a BF2 forum,,,that type of pubber you will not find on a forum. Most of us pubbers on forums are just average players that dont have the time or intrest to organize.

Sorry I did it with other games from FPS/MMORPG's years back..and all and all it was no different then pubbing, just that there was rules and I had to "plan" ****, like matches and raids..which sucks.

Bawahahahahha you are a tool. I have several accounts and I just play for fun not for stats. I also am hardly a "crybaby" as I keep whining to the minimum.

As this devolved into a pub vs cal thing, I'll tell you what I think.

Some of the pubbers out there play for stats as a way to show off their epeens. I play for fun and for fun only. Stats / awards / unlocks just add some extra challenge/fun to the game.

I see people that make gaming a "way of life" (or take fun to "the next level") as a bunch of snotty, full of sh!t retards that look down pubbers. This thread just proves me right once again. Get a life.

EDIT: Well, just for the record. Back in Brazil the clan people were much more amiable and not full of sh!t like US clanners.

You have over a thousand hours playing this game. Most of the people on this and other pubber forums, on average, have spent relatively the same amount of time . So saying "we don't have time" is just an excuse. Most teams, spend an average of 2-3 hours per night in scrims and working on strats 4 or 5 days per week. So that's an average of 10 hours a week, 40 per month or around 500 hours per year. So time isn't really the issue, if you compare that to how much time you spend pubbing.

You are the arrogant one my friend. You make a thread attempting to poke fun at someone who has actually achieved something playing this game that you have spent so much time with. Sorry but I see, getting sponsors, prize money and gear, and the chance to compete on national television is greater than your unlocks and badges and gold stars. If you don't want attention from the competitive community, don't make threads about us. Simple as that.

Now to anyone here reading this thread that might actually be interested in competing in CAL you can goto www.caleague.com and check out the recruitment forums and maybe find yourself a team for next season. Better yet, start your own and help grow the community. While we may come off as assholes, especially when someone decides to talk **** about one of our own, we tend to be helpfull for the most part to those who want to get into competition.
