Bad ping

my ping is always over 300 ms.Yesterday was fine and I could play.This annoying thing started today(And yes I am playing on servers that are close to me)

I recently defragmented HDD,run Av/AS software etc.


WTF is wrong?I cant play BF on every server cause it keeps kicking me for high ping


plz help


and yeah I dont have any IM proggies running in the background

It is probably an issue with your ISP... but it could also a newly developed issue with one of the following: NIC Card, Network cabel (CAT cable), router/firewall or your cable/DSL modem. Start with the simpliest... call your ISP to rule any issues with them... replace your network cable... Reset your router/firewall reset your modem.

Could be those damn squirrels on the power lines again!

A lot of things can effect your ping. Check out http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest and see if your ping is still high out side the game.

WTf upload speed 91kbps and Dl speed 0 kbps I have ADSL line,wtf is wrong and my routwer is brand new(came today)

yeah, WTF do you do? i have the exact same problem.... go into a server of 500, get kicked for 200-300.. WTF!?!?!? go to a server of 200-300, get kicked for 400-500..... its soooo annoying!!!
