how do you get more servers?

I need a little bit of help...
I just reformatted my comp and redownloaded BF2..when i start it up i only get about 25 servers total...Do I need a patch or something? and I think I downloaded patch 1.3 but i dont know if it was completely downloaded on my comp...is there a way to check what patch I have now?..
I'd appreciate any help

You just need to download the full version of patch 1.4.

u can check which patch u have by going
start > program files > Ea games > battlefield 2 > readme and it should sat at the top wat version u have

yeah, you need to download full 1.4 patch and you will get more servers
