I got my basic transport sitting in a boat on wake commanding so YES boats count as transport!

i would say yes becouse you can cary other players . so yes you can say that.

Yes it counts as transport, but it is not normal to get a kill with those, (always gunned down by a Z-10 or J-10

Yeah, and that really weird commander glitch works in them too. Any points you get will be counted towards transport points. Like with the AA and the like. Stupid exploits.
