What are the best BF2 Mods out there?

Hi all,

Just wondering which MODS are the best ones out there. Thought id give some a try. More interested in the best ones but also have a look at funny ones. Gave up on BF2 months ago now but would like to see some of other peoples work. And i dont want the BF2142 MOD either cause thats all it basically is haha. But they charge you £30 for it!!! Scamming bar stewards at EA

POE, Allied intent (great single player too), Hard Justice, Mercenaries and Operation Peace keepers. All good mods. Great maps

Just getting POE2 actually, Remember a old clan mate saying it was good and still plays it i think. Played Project reality, Is good that is.

Project Reality, the other mods are VBF2 with new weapons IMO

POE2 and OPK. I like POE2 a little more plus there are more players and servers for it. Both are great mods.

Forgotten Hope 2- A WWII mod, very famous, check the mod news, they have updates of good stuff every week.

Isnt it getting on a bit now. I would say with the release of 2142 but its basically the same as BF2 but a full mod conversion and not a new game. What i mean is with OFP:AA/ET:QW/Crysis/Stalker etc etc looming round the corner, BF2 engine is going look old and tired, no matter how you sugar coat it

Just saw stats saying that 18575 ppl is playing stock BF2 and 137 ppl is playing POE2..............Thats just ****** up.....

u can also try combat mods like 21st century warfare where its like one big tourney...its pretty fun if u stick with it

All I know is that I'll be playing Desert Conflict all the time when its released. If its anything like Desert Combat, it will be like WoW to me.
