I gotta tell you guys, the modders did not do a very good job at researching the Canadian Army, still I see LAV-25s idle on the ground with soldiers carrying the familiar Chinese support weapons. I did a little research and saw that they only have Leopard C2 tanks, LAV IIIs and small mercedes benz jeeps also with a renamed SAW

We are at about 20% with the mod so far, so thats why the vanilla weapons and vehicles are still in there, its an update, not the release. We have a few weapons in game at this point. But we are looking for 2 new modellers/skinners so we can get this stuff going faster. Its not a renamed SAW, it shares some basic parts to my knowledge, but the C9 is different.
The LAV-25 will be replaced with the LAV-III, yes the Mercedes GWagon will be a part, as well as the Nyala, C2 Leopard, and maybe the ADATS.

Ok first I'm sorry for the late reply i just seen this now :S

but anyway the Canadian forces dose use the LAV 25 but its called the Coyote and also as floppy said we do not have all guns or any vehicles ingame at this point as we are short of modelers and skinners.

the smaller Mercedes Benz "jeep" is called the Gwagon and we do have planes to have it in the mod.

and as for the "renamed SAW" theres a miner diffrances as no heatsheld, different firing mech( better then the US Version)

all of the CF handheld weapons are verients to the US weapons but with better tweaks to improve on the accercy and other aspects of the weapon.

as for the leopard C2 yes we do use them and the Canadian Forces is looking into buying some of the leopard 2's.

we are looking at adding all CF combat vehicles witch is more then 3.

Alright canadian force's usually use a scope on the saw so maybe you should add that.

yes the C9 LMG will be in trust us we have look at every asspek to make this as true to life for the canadian forces side of things as for the USMC it will be some what of the same as BF2 but with new vehicles and diffrent tweaks to make it a bit more fun.


also a big number of the team (including me) are part of the CF (Canadian Forces)
