Hey guys, I'm going from website to website raising awareness of all the different BF2 options available. If your sick of pubbing, start playing competitively, it is a much better bf2 experience as bf2 was designed with teamplay in mind:
www.caleague.com
Cal's 8v8 bf2 league is wrapping up their 4th season. If you and 7+ are interested, form up a team and compete with the toughest teams in North America. They also have a south american division, 5v5, and a POE2 10v10 division.
www.TeamWarfare.com
TWL has a large variety of bf2 competition including 5v5, 15v15, 2v2 helo, and many more. They have league and ladder format in an easy to use design that's pretty much self-automated.
www.bf2combat.net/
Bf2combat sticks with the HUGE battles, as they have up to 60 people competing against each other in a server. They've been using a ton of custom maps, and have included all the add-on material from euro forces and armoured fury. (you don't need to own the add-on's to play). Next tour, bf2combat will be adding a ton of modded features like tear gas grenades, flashbangs, grappling hooks, mortars, throwing knives, timed c4, a new tank, cool sound effects, lots of eye candy, and many more custom maps. BF2combat will cost 10$ for 3 month's of service.

I haven't personally played 21cw, but I've been told it's a lot like bf2combat with huge battles played on a lot of custom maps, plus they've been doing modded content for a while now. I'm not too fluent with the modded content, so you'll have to see for yourself. 21cw is free if you want to play for a random team, or 5$ for 3 month's of service in the team of your choice.
www.egln.net/ and www.fragtv.net/
Both these sites videocast cal match's every week. Cal is entering the play-off's now and everyone involved is excited to watch the top teams go head to head for the championship title.
Most cal 8v8 match's are played at 9:30 est and 10:30 est on Tuesdays, but sometimes they'll be played on a wednesday. EGLN and FragTV are also doing 5v5, which is every wednesday at 9:30 est. EGLN has been also showing POE2, which is usually at 9:30 est on Sunday's.
