just put a blur filter on whole pic in photoshop and "erase" what you want back infocus. I think its history eraser or something like that.

this isnt a sweet pic, its just another battle recorder pic, they're so easy 2 get good timing with, and this aint even good, its all blurry

2 seperate images, the background is blured, then the missile pasted into place then a ghosting around the edges of the missile i think.

9/10. I like the blur effect with the missle showing the detail.

Yes, its an APC. See the little round blur on top of the rectangular blur, thats the spare tire for the APC.
