Has Anyone Else Noticed???

I've been playing a bit more often recently (not 10 hours straight, i have a life and i need to get hole) and i've noticed a couple of things:

1) most of the servers are now infantry only
2) all the idiots hve gone over to 2142,, leaving only people who are any good.


also, is there anyone else out there who regularly give up a 10 hour session to get some 'special time'? 'cos i think spending 1500hours playing a computer game greatly reduces your chances of getting a ride/ eats up valuable cider drinking time.

note; don't drink cider whilst playing bf2, being drunk in control of a j-10 fighter jet will only get you in trouble.

not all the idiots are gone wish they would just go spoil 2142

You wanna try that after 3/4 of a bottle of vodka then get in the SU-34 :laugh::laugh: ive been kicked/banned for that many times lol

TRUE, after 6 or 7 strongbows, my aim goes to pot, then i know it's time for bed. even with a minigun i couldn't hit a barndoor with a banjo!!

IO is what people wanted. IO should have been an option in the 1st release. At first I wasn't thrilled when I heard of this new option in 1.4 but once I tried it, I haven't gone back.

Dice said they never realized how good people were going to get with aircraft, and admitted they couldn't fix it. I think IO was a brilliant move to resolve the problem. People who play BF2 and only air-whore need to understand that many of us on the ground had no real way to balance things. We got tired of maps being owned by choppers and planes, so when IO was an option we took it.

i do enjoy IO, however, i feel that with it on, you loose the AT and engie classes,

it would be ok if you could batter people with the shifter (wrench to you non-clanky, grease monkeys) of death, but trying to get my engineer basic badge is a nightmare at the moment, even without cider, i can't hit eff all with the shotguns (any of them)

^^ true but AT and engie have some oof the best cqc weapons with their shotguns

and i love IO...its so nice to not have to worry about tanks and other stuff shooting shells at you (except for artillery)

what does it matter who its coming from? but I agree with Scinto, If all the idiots went to 2142, the cyber-world would be a better place..at least in bf2 anyways
