Lol! Dsp-CS-, I think he means that since he's on an island, the only way to get there would be to drive! But as PJMAK1 said, a commander may have dropped it there. But can commanders even drop Vodniks?:hmm:

Actually I drove it there...there's a path to the island. I then repaired myself. Should had made a video. Thought it was interesting.

Yes a commander can drop it there, but the water going up to that island is quite shallow, and the jeeps are able to get onto the island.
