expert badges...

With 4 classes over 100 hrs, I had 2 expert badges.

I was an assault-only player for a long time, and rolled up 40 the honest way on Sharqi64 quite some time ago. The 2nd badge was the expert spec-ops, not done in what I'd call 'honest' fashion. I gunned in the HAVOC on Oman and TV'd everthing in sight. Even had enough time left over to switch with my pilot and help get him a positive k/d ratio....

In the last few wks I've gotten AT and Engy to 100hrs.

I put in a round on Songura64 yesterday 100% AT, got a gold out of it, but between SRAW and APC kills I only hit 36...

I think I'll continue to give both classes a fair shot, will probably mix in some armor use, but not the easy "get in da chopa" stuff on Sharqi or Oman.

Who else out there has their expert badges, and how'd you go about acquiring them ???

I got 5 using aircraft and 2 as commander. Still not easy using these methods though.

I need Vet. Armor badge at the moment to get my next rank. So I'm tank whoring Karkand Would AF maps count as well? God damn I need 50 hours (more or less) in a tank, sucks big time!

So your a colonel going for that star? good luck, i've started vechile whoring to get my vets already and i'm only a 2nd lieutenant lol.

Yeh, I never thught of using tanks, don't like it, it's boring, - until I saw that I need to get Vet. Armor to get my next rank. 5,670 points for my next rank and I need 49:59:33 hours using armor. I also ha to get Ground Defence (I tried using just ground mounted TOWs to kill tanks and/or people but it was too hard lol, someone then suggested to plkay as commander and sit on TOW - got my badge that way ) and I had to get Air Defence as well... got those, now tanks whoring for 50 hours, crap

I got my Expert Medic Combat (and specilaist) on Warlod in the palace with an AK-101; I got Expert Spec-Ops Combat gunning in the Cobra on Sharqi; I got Expert Spec-Ops Specialist in a long round of a starting Warlord server and then Expert Pistol Combat in a 32 man server that had ~10 people in it on Sharqi Peninsula.

I have all six of them. I got the Expert AT (my first Expert) in a jet, the rest I got as infantry on MECSF on the map Iron Gator. The hardest one here was definitely sniper, but if you manage to get the downstairs flags, a good tactic is to lie on the top of the stairs going from the Mess Hall to the upper deck.

I think the funnest was expert AT specialist (sf). using the grapple + rooftops on warlord = tehwin.

I got my Expert Spec Ops whoring the APC at Karkand kinda unintentionally, since I could have easily got it C4-chucking, as I got Expert Explosives when it required 37 kills, that with C4 only (hadnt hour requirement at the time).

The Expert Sniper I got in an attack helicopter, but that was on purpose to get a super combo award winning:

The Expert Medic Combat I got just 5 min ago ... I was soloing the AH-1Z in Oman and before I realized... The award just popped. I didn't want to get it so soon as I wanted to do another "combo" (Captain Promotion, Expert Helo, Expert Medic) but whatever...
