it should say

taunt1.ogg
taunt2.ogg
taunt3.ogg

just double click it and it should play

when i went commander the other week or so i kept hearing it, as i was doing my commader duties every now and again i would hear it, even though i was half way across the map with-out a soul in sight_i would hear it as a direct feed into my headphones.so its not like you need to be around ppl to hear it
