I'm thinkin about gettin special forces today from EA downloader. Firstly, when i do that can i play anytime or do they like have to deliver the disk or somthing to my house. Secon, is SF worth it. I'll probly get it regaurdless cus it looks sweet. Feedback would help tho
Well, since it is called EA "downloader" you download the game. You don't get a disk, you just download it. If you have to wipe your hardrive or get a new computer you can redownload free of charge. Is it worth it? I love it, but it might not be worth it now because 2142 is taking away more players. There was already a derth of servers and players before, now it will be worse.
It would probably be cheaper to buy it in a store or off an online retailer.
Becareful of E-bay though, if you are going to get it off E-bay make sure the game is new and still sealed, otherwise you will probably have problems with CD-Keys
Ah well enjoy anyway, if you want to you can burn the game onto a disk as a back-up. When it is downloaded go to your EA downloader Parent directory\Cache\(User Name)\eagamesbf2-2006(something to do with SF).
Burn all of that onto a CD if you want to back it up.

Highly, highly reccommend you burn your downloaded programs to a cd as suggested by the birdman, in case you want to reinstall it before everyone stops playing BF2 in another six-twelve months.
