i know all of you would only care about the battlefield part so, i'll share that...

I was just playing and i got left behind at the beginning because, as you all, tankers are fags and wont give rides. So, i wait a minute for the car drop to get ready and i request for one only to get declined. i wasnt TOO pissed until i saw a car in the distance falling from the sky, RIGHT BY THE COMMANDER. so im infuriated(because of the rest of the day + that) and i say "DICKHEAD, YOU DONT NEED A F***ING CAR"... then of course i get kicked for swearing.

Oh yeah that's totally annoying... you spawn at base, run for gunship but someone gets there before you, run for jet but it's taking off (and tkills you in the process), you run for tanks and by that time you have no sprint left so all you can do is walk to the crappy little jeep that has been left behind... but no! a passing tank whore either blows it up for fun or someone jumps in it and doesn't give you a ride. Join a squad and you'll have spawn points + rides but i suppose u know that anyway

Perhaps hed just dropped the car and you got the auto-refuse message without him knowing it?

Sometimes with quick map starts you have to carry on like you havnt got the command until its given to you or you get left behind on the first wave. Then once you get the command you are left in the middle of what may become a hotzone very quicly so calling up a quick transport to get the hell out of there to a hideyhole isnt such a bad idea.

eg us on karkand, I like to go hide in the hills at the edge of the map near the out of bounds railway and sit in the jeep/hum because as soon as some spec ops comes to boom up my arty or scanner I can just drive forwards and kakakakak- otherwise I have no comeback bar chasing him on foot with a gun or simply losing assets till I can repair them- not the best thing to do when your team is relying on you.
