In BF2142, you can pick up your C4, claymores, and mines with the "G' key..but in BF2 you still can't. Why was this not in the 1.4 patch?

And to those that will flame me for even mentioning 2142, don't even post.

Because during the year 2142, the technology had been produced to make all soldiers are capable of collecting items the've placed.

I thought those explosives could only be collected with the special engineer equipment item... :hmm:

Probably because the vast majority of Dice employees have been working on 2142 for last 3-9 months. BF2 was neglected whilst development of 2142 was being made, expected I suppose.

I just hope that a final patch (please) will include some of the nice features and tweaks that are in 2142.
