We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
Well I stop playing in 1.3 but was thinking of playing 1.4. I bought bf2142 and saw that the menu's ran quicker and the maps loaded faster. Do anyone know or think they gonna be putting this feature in the next bf2 patch? Has EA/Dice stop supporting BF2?
Sorry I just been outta the loop and since I gonna start playing again. I just hope they update bf2. :p
I very mutch doubt it. EA will want to get as much £££ from 2142 as they can before people see how crap it is and stop buying it. Would be nice, but not likely. EA will be pressuring DICE to develop 2142 so they won't be supporting us. Not that their support was ever any good to start with!
That explains why DICE Canada made the Patches.. BF2142. Well If Sweden had spend all that time into Battlefield 2 and not let amateurs work on the game. I bet and I really bet the game would've looked different. Only at the final moment Sweden jumped in at 1.4 :|:
Haven t played BF2 since the 1.4 patch so I don't really care. Would be cool if EA/Dice let independent developers make patches for it would probably be better

Talking of BF2142 i havent brought it yet, But my mate has and heres what he had to say about:
I've been playing 2142 again, it is cheap in my opinion, the buildings are cheaply put together you cant go inside of them, what buildings there are they seem to be just smooth looking with lack of detail, infact most of the game lacks detail, even the menu system is crap, one good thing you can search for friends which is good, and sometimes I cant follow the radar I don't know were I am sometimes and what flag is mine I have no idea, and its really hard to find one of those big walkers

That is an interesting idea. I am concerned though that it would require some ramp up time to familiarize the group with the code base. They would also need to be a damn sharp group of people if they were a third party, because if you are going to bring in outsides to optimize your code, they better be better then the original creators and bring new insight into something.
Another problem with this idea, It might cost more to have a third party do the work. Contractors are always way more expensive then doing it yourself. I could see having a contract group come in to work on certain modules, but to have to bring in a team for the entire code set. That is just too much of an undertaking.
