i have a razer copperhead mouse and whenever i play bf2 it lags really bad - it jerks all over the place
i can use other usb mice and ps/2 mice work ok even wireless mice work fine but the copperhead is really jerky - i havent tried any other copperheads but to do that i would have to buy a new one as i dont know anyone who has one

I have never had a problem with my razor, in BF2 or any other game, could it be your system?

What is your Polling Rate / Frames Per Second / Hz on? Post your system specs too. Where is it plugged in? What mouse did you had before? If you could post these too we can know better what your problem is.

        Edit:
Sniper you could also take a look on the Razer Blueprints Forums I got my mouse acceleration fixed thanks to them.

not sure if this will help with ur mouse as this real problem mite be maybe with drivers or something..but a way to reduce mouse lag is to

dl rivatuner and open hte program

and then click on the 2nd customize box and then click on the box with the green X and then click on the vsync tab and set the prerender limit to 0...

this mite reduce ur fps by like 1 or 2, but its suppose to reduce mouse lag

Got this from the Knowledge Base at Razer's website: Mouse Skipping in Games

It was the closest thing to the problem you were describing. Are you running the mouse on a USB 1.0 port or 2.0? That might have an effect but it is just a guess.

By the way make sure you have got this:

In the middle if you have that at it fullets the mouse will encouter pixely movements. So for the highest rate you want to set it at the middle and set mouse precision off since this is acceleration and is bad for gaming.

To go there just go to:

Control Panel - Mouse After that click on the tab named Pointer Options.

It helped me since I had that. :)
