Okay This happened A couple Of times.....The base was captured but the flag did not go up.

either it was halfway down because enemies tried to take it (it always does that on the flag thing if it part way down) or ur right. was it going up when u got there?

No I was Capturing It And No Enemies Were around, and look that it shows under the minimap that the base was captured.

no its a bug, ive seen it before on Wake, neither side could capture the north base flag lol
