For the the amount of hours I've played I have played very few games with teammates who want to follow instruction. As a commander or squad leader I want some Authorti;as Cartman would say. So for example I'm playing karkand, I'm commander and other team is heading towards trainwreck, I command to defend trainwreck and of course I get negative,negative,negative,negative,negative from everyone. !@#$ it @#!$^$! listen to me, we will lose the game with you do not defend, again there is negative,negative,negative from once again everybody, but maybe one. Does this burn your balls or what? If anyone knows a server that is squad friendly, tell me about it.

Try not going to GameArena, Internode, or public servers of that nature; try some friendly public clan servers (that don't involve stat padding :laugh:); they go for more the teamwork element because they usually HAVE to.

Even getting on TS with a friend and doing some teamwork is great fun. I just had a couple of absolutely awesome rounds with a friend on Wake. We were both anti tank, and our team had airfield. China had Beach.

So we rush up to beach by that dead plane and start dropping guys left and right around there. We fight our way down the hill and we barricaded ourselves in that bunker by the flag and start trying to cap it.

Then a tank comes down the hill and starts firing on us. We leap out of the bunker and send two AT missiles flying in his direction blowing him up. We whip out the MP5s and went postal on the people around us.

Ah man, some of the best ground combat I have had in a while. Often, people will see you pwning like this as a group and will start to be like "wow I wanna do that". Then you start getting people going "pls let me join your squad!!!" and you can get some serious teamwork going.

i have maby been in one game that i acctualy won and my team did what i said if you get in those kind of server ask for there xfire and play some more with them.

I don't know what you are doing wrong, but when my clan m8's, or friends are losing they ASK me to command, & they follow my orders

You have to "prove yourself", & "lead by example", & then ppl will follow you

I start a squad, & it fills right up, & dudes follow me to hell, & back

Maybe you should work on being "recognized" as a good squad leader first

ps. The sound of a deep gravely voice of a man w/ real world military experience on TS doesn't hurt either (I heard 1 kid on voip that sounded like a 5 year old girl w/ a British accent wondering why nobody listened to him) lmao

or spam the squads with the "decommend Squad" Option when you right lick the squad in the commander screen :P
i do it all the time and sometimes they say 'Fvck you Commander' and they get really angry but i get happy

its rebuke squad lol not decommend
