I'm not questioning the RoE's intentions, or why they want to do that, but their effectiveness, and their overall decision of rules. RoE has never been agreed upon, and it won't be as long as it continues to be enforced. I myself am an advocate of getting a new K/P MODE where stats don't count on, but are ranked servers with PB.

Once and a while RoE reps put up stats of some big shot who's now back to private, but like all people worth wiping, he's already back up at captain.

I just don't see any evidence of how this is working. I've reported over a dozen players with good hard evidence and nothing ever came of it.

I know you guys are doing your best (in your free time, like someone mentioned) but I have never personally looked at stats of a captain one day and come back the next to find he's a Private FC.

Many people really do disagree with the RoE. I'm sure some make fake accounts just to defy it. You can see evidence of this all over the forums. I just don't see how ROE is WORKING. So far I haven't seen any evidence to show it is, in my eyes.

I really wish we had this same post at BFROE. I know there are more members here but this is the type of post that should be on our site. I welcome all of you to to BFROE and challange you the community to come up with a way for the fair gaming of BF2. We may not be for everyone but there are those that do like their stats and want a program like this in place. If one person who mowed lawns all summer just to buy BF2 feels that this program is needed thats all I need to keep doing what I do.

Well, there have been plenty of known padders reset and k/p servers that have been shut down. Just because they just come back or rank up another account doesn't mean we haven't done anything worth noting.

How about ROE provides a public list of the users/servers that have been slapped down... Especially providing Clan Names and Tags associated with Servers and Account names... like a Hall of Shame much like Punkbuster does?

At least that would show the average gamer/forum participant that wants to know that action is being taken. Just some feedback on how to communicate more with gamers.

yes he was banned,

he got banned after I had personally warned him about personal attacks 4 times and yet he continued, I even brought it to the attention of some of the site staff who agreed..

why he was banned MadHatter is really none of your business in the first place..

You warned him once, not 4 times. If it was so bad then why are you making up stuff? Nothing he was saying was flammatory or aggresive. He simply asked about your ethics and what made you capable of determing what was right for everyone else, sounds like a pretty valid question.

Your right though, as usual. You decided hos questions were digging to deep and you banned him. Again I saw the post before you deleted it and I differ with your opinion of his "flaming". With us, or against us.

Whatever its only a game and soon enough all your ROE stuff will be obsolete and we can all go back to gaming instead of watching all the time for the e-police to catch us doing something "THEY" dont think is right.

This is what we're talking about.

They are not e-police. They are a place where you can report something that violates EA Gaming Policy. ROE cannot wipe their stats. EA does. EA is a big company. Just think how many violations they get a day, a hour, a minute? Exactly

and personally it's none of your business..

as far as the ROE being agreed on EA wrote the last version of the ROE so that pretty much makes it agreed upon..

Did you finally IP ban him as well? LOL. I hate that kind of childish crap myself.. have had to deal with it several times. Even reported people to their ISP for violation of their terms of use agreement. Too bad it has to come to that.

I am planning a little ROE test............I'm not gonna say much more but if I get some time this week I'll post the results (good or bad) on this forum.
