A j10 is on your a** and you are having trouble shaking him off, you spot your team mate in the other jet.........and head straight towards him in the hope that the J10 goes after your team mate and leaves you to fight another day (well another 30 seconds anyway)

Unethical? yes, but all is fair in love and war.

I'm usually on TS with the other pilot. I tell him I have someone on my tail. That way when I head for my teammate he's shooting past my wing into the enemy. While the enemy tries to evade my wingman I'll try to loop around to get behind him. You just have to make sure and watch out for the ENEMY wingman.

When playing on wake, if possible I will go back to the carrier and hope there is someone in the rear-cannon to scear them away.

I try to use feigning tactics, because knowing how sensitive the J10 controls are and how maneauverable they are, it is very possible for them to over-compensate their turns and completely lose you for a while. It's difficult at most, and I hardly ever fly jets; but it's usually worked for me.

Probably one of the best tactics to use is a split S then gain altitude fast, the f35 is so much faster at higher altitudes, NTM most pilots won't go above 700ft.

Oh yeah, like that. Otherwise- try pulling up as hard as you can, turn the plane 90 degrees, and pull up again- so that your plane enters a dive towards the left or the right after you've pulled up. Try to do it quickly.

I usally do half a backflip the pull into a foward flip, while the J-10 that was trailing me is still doing a backflip...
