Here is fast EXAMPLE (don't want to hear anything about my selections, I just copy-pasted these from some site) calculation how much PC running BF2 (and variants :p) smoothly will cost here in Finland:

Did I forget something...??? I guess most of you have screen, keyboard, mice and stuff already purchased so I leave them off.

Makes ~1070€ = ~1340$ = ~720£

Everything over above configuration is not needed to play BF2. You can survive with weaker config but then you need to lower your settings.
