v1.4 wont work!!!!

hi

no matter what i do, i cant seem to get version 4 to work with my no cd crack

i have an original cd somewhere, but cant find it

game is alreayd installed and have cd key etc

but since updating to version 1.4 the game just doesnt load

tried loading Bleuh image into dameon tools and alcohol 120% but just doesnt work

i would like to point out, without the image file mounted, it doesnt ask me to insert disc, it just doesnt work at all, it tries to load game, get a black screen, then just goes back to desktop

also, the game worked just fine before i updated to version 1.4

please help

You need to reinstall from scratch, then install 1.4, then install a new no cd crack specifically for 1.4.

thanks for replies

i re-installed the entire 1.4 patch (the 530mb one) (didnt need to re-install game)

and dont use a no cd crack at all now

use a mini image loaded into daemon tools and now the game works fine
