Its a chinese and a MEC vehicle. the USMC has Hummves and DPVs they have jeeps like that.

Some Middle Eastern countries own Chinese manufactured Tactical Ballistic Missiles (TBMs). It isn't a huge jump in logic for them to possess vehicles from there as well.

In fact, one of the countries that has Chinese TBMs is Pakistan, Afghanistan's neighbor to the south.

But normally when they buy foreign equipment, they usually change the symbol to their own country. (In this case remove the Red Star).
