Do you have to buy them to be able to get the 3rd weapon unlock of each class?

There is no 3rd weapon unlock only 2 for each kit in order to get the 2nd unlock you need special forces expansion pack which is around £20 not sure in dollars though .

Yes and No, some of the 3rd unloacks are from Special FOrces AND Euro FOrce.

yeah but you have to spend more to get free delivery with amazon, otherwise its +£1.99 for delivery. HMV and Blah do £12.99 all in.
