This game been totally optimized?
i mean i can run it on all medium ( Geforce 6200 AGP 256) and get over 50 fps!
DINAMIC LIGHT---> no more black squares on the terrain!
DINAMIC SHADOWS--> shadows work when lighting is set to low and terrain!
VERIFYING CLIENT DATA---> 1 sec!

And bf2
when terrain is set to low shadows dont appear on it,only on static objects.
ligting must be on medium in order to set dinamic shadows to low,medium e.t.c.
Verifying client data from 30 sec to 1 min.

I download bf2 demo everything is the same exept for verifying client data
It takes just 5-7 sec.

anyone on low end card notice this?

Iv noticed i run WAYBetter on 2142 so far than iv ever run on bf2 and i have medium graphics on.. and for bf2 medium to low.. but takes years to load the game here just seconds

For me, the running animation keeps repeating on BF2142 so I'm bouncing around all over the place and can't hit jack ****. BF2 runs way nicer.

You don't have to register on TBF2142.com (although I recommend it) but we DO have a place here to discuss BF2142...the General Gaming forum.

Instead of making BF2 run better, they are developing the engine to play better and calling it 2142. BF2 has gone the distance with sales, on to bigger cows.

A ot of the bf2 comunity that was held ver form 1942 and bfv are already long gone, so they better find a new group of loyalists. Fresh for the grinder.
