Whenever I click the patch .exe I get an error that says POE2 isn't installed, but it is. Could it be that it's not installed in the default directory? Instead of BF2 being installed in c:/my programs/ea/battlefield 2 it's installed in c:/BF2/Battlefield 2.

bf deault install is C:\program files\ea games\battleifledd 2, that in ure docs is jsut where it save screen hsots and **** :P -

Yeah but I didn't use the default install because I had problems with SF a few months ago. I got advice to install it in a new directory and it worked to fix SF. Does the POE2 patch look for it in the C:/programfiles/ea games/battlefield 2 and that's why it says it's not installed? POE looks for the registry keys from its initial installation (as far as I know).
Did you do something (odd) in your first install (other than the non default install location) ?Comment

People are reporting this issue being fixed by resinatlling poe 1.0.0 then running the patch to 1.1.5Comment
