Besides that, it was outdated 5 months ago because it is only 7800GTX SLi. Meaning it is just two 7800's, which have been out for what, a year now?

I am so happy from last night. Somehow, I was getting 150fps which is untypical for a game like bf2. I guess my two slis really kicked in. Man cant be more happier than this. If same thing happened to you let us know. And yes it was all cranked out settings at 1280 x 1024@75. Man, I cant be more happier.

THAT IS CRAP!!!!!!! that is just what the movie industry found as an acceptable frame rate ....IN THE 50s

24 is what (film) movies roll at because the human eye can only see about 20 per second. At 16 fps, you see each image. Video is ~30fps.

Anyway, there are a number of other factors that affect vision "smoothness." Paying $5000 for a computer just to run a game at 100fps really isn't one of those factors.

Oh, no-doubt. My friend has a 7900GTX and a 7800GTX. Both blow my 7900GT out of the water.

You poor misguided children...My son (16) works hard, at school gpa(3.5) and at home...I give him $20 a week. He has a job and saves all his monies!

Hates BF2 avg 65fps setting on high. Computer bla bla bla works g00d.

$20 a weeK!!! thats $80 a month... he can get a good comp in around 1.5 years eeek.. or upgrade... in like 8 months!
