my problem is NOT simple. It is called error 39 where my dvd drives are not being detected. i search 'error 39 code' an was redirected to the microsoft website and downloaded guided help which didn't help, i then manualy deleted upperfilter (couldn't find lowerfilter) from registry edit.
how this started is like this, i accidently clicked uninstall on my sound drivers/software. so i ENDED the proccess. i then uninstalled them properly because my sound no longer worked. so when this uninstalled i tryed to reinstalled them.......BOOM MY COMPUTER RESTARTS!!!
and so we come to my dvd drives not being detected and me being without sound. i can't resolve this issue
i beg to all who read this and understand to atleast assist me.
one finall thing, i think a piece of software called MIONET is partly responsible to this because when i had it installed it seemed to crash my comp at strange times...
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!
