    Differences between J-10s and F-35Bs

What are the differences between a J-10 and F-35B? I play mostly on Wake Island and I believe these are the jets present there. I would just like to know the specific differences. I dont want to read "Oh the J-10 is liek teh pwn, so its liek better". I dont fly much but have been learning.

Well, the F35B will own the living crap out of a J10 because it has superior hover mode.

I suggest you read some post on here, search for them, there are loads of topics on this subject and you'll find the answers.

Making new posts about J10/F35b will just lead to more long essays on the jet and the likes.

F-35B is big, it's hard to turn it around when in a dog fight.
The J-10 is smaller and lighter, there for it has quicker manuvering, but it wobles.

              No....

F-35B is smaller and lighter... It's wider, but not as long.. and it weighs like 6,000 in the game...

The J-10 has a mass of "18,000" in the game and is longer and almost as wide as the F-35B.

              You got it all wrong.

Isnt like the F-35B the best fighter jet now? In Real Life.

There really needs to be a whole other TBF2 Board for the J10 Vs. F35B conundrum. Next, we can play the "How many J10, F35B, or J10 V. F35B Threads there are in this forum" game...

I bet it would even beat the Off-topic board's "Lets count to 1 million game", before it gets to 1 million.

the rapter is the most adv. idk if thats the name for it (f-35B)

and the main diffrence is that J-10 can turn on a dime :/

                      Raptor is F-22.

I dunno which is superior... Probably for different roles.

Re: Differences between J-10s and F-35Bs

                        In simple terms:

                        J10 turns better
                        J10 has more afterburner
J10 doesnt slow down in turns as much as F35B
Missiles dont connect that well with J10

But F35B is a carrier based attack fighters, excellent at ground attacking, being extremely agile and stable in the same time.

Its not all bad, but J10 will rape a F35B in a dogfight.

Hitboxes on F-35 are bigger.. easier to TV... J-10 has a slender airframe with smaller hitboxes... thus it slices through the air faster and has better pitch and yaw allowing it to maneuver better.

Chodda, BF2 does have some physics, it has some basics, but nothing really special. Jets and choppers rely on so called "floater mod" I think, which is what it sounds like. How fast does a jet/chopper "sink" in the air LOL. The turning characteristics are calculated via the maximum angles the flaps can make. The agility is calculated via the speed those flaps reach their maximum angle.

J10, EuroFighter and Su-34 have these front wingtips that allow them to turn more.

Its actually just simple maths and physics.

all i know is that J10 can own a F35 in a dog fight... unless its a n00b in the J10 seat...
                              OR
IF ure on an asian server (trust me) and you fly REALLY high while in the F35...

the cool thing is that (if you are VERY VERY VERY lucky) u can hover over ure target and bomb them... like tanks, as they cant aim straight up. (done that once, i was LMFAO when the dude went WTF!)

other wise... avoid the F35 against 'pro' *coughs* J10 pilots...
