lately my PC is behaving weird

Hello, i had my pc running fine for 4 months, but now im getting mad because my pc got "slower" (in games) everyday, cause i used to get 70-90 fps in bf2, and the rest of my games, but now im just getting 45-55, plus im seeing graphical glitches while playing [like i go to bf2's menu sometimes and all the words are replaced by black squares, and when i use the TV missile my screen becomes black] and well sometimes i loose my LCD signal, and now i cant even reinstall bf2142 demo because the installshield wont launch properly, so i tried to reinstall latest video card drivers, reinstall bf2, and fix registry......so far it didnt fix anything.

so what should i do?.......my last option is to reinstall windows [but im so hoping it doesnt have to come to that]

when is the last time you blew out the video card for dust, the black squares sound like a heating problem..

also have you scanned for spyware/virus?

well i did clean my video card today because yes i did noticed that my card was getting a little bit hotter than usual, also i also did a virus/spyware scan to my whole system. so far i havent seen squares but thats the only thing resolved [i think]
