For your first movie use WMM, its a very good place to start.
As for the voices, he made them himself.

the voices in pwned life is his, but he used some program to change them abit and make em sound abit funnier. I'm not sure if it's possible to do with Audacity but try it

Hi, i downloaded Audacity, but im not sure how to use it, but ill get the hang of it, until then, what can i use as a movie maker? I typed WMM in google, but i brought up some wierd crap.

Also, another thing, if i want to make video's, as first person shooter, can battlerecorder do that, i wanted to take the video through my scope of my rifle, but i never thought battlerecorder could do that, if it can...how? If it cant, what can i use apart from fraps?

                      Re: Movie Making

lol how would you think he made the voices say exactly what he needed them to say?

You should be able to download windows movie maker from microsoft website. Or you could use virtual dub. The best would be a combination of both because windows movie maker is much much easier to set up your clips and get everything in order but Vdub is better for getting your compression just the way you want it instead of WMM's stupid presets.
