Problem with my portable

Hello to all, good my problem is the following one:

I have a portable toshiba satellite m40-230, 1gb of ram, x600 256mb..

When I enter to bf2 it goes quite perfectly but when already I go playing awhile 40 minutes or this way, it depends, the whole pc is blocked and I have to extinguish at one stroke.

It can be a problem of which the Graph warms up another thing, not that of doing, I have updated the driver but everything is still equal.

You might to help to solve the problem porfavor, thank you

its all i know my laptop hasnt overheated, nor do i use it for gaming

Not many options with a laptop...

Are you able to check your CPU, motherboard and GPU temps in any way while you are playing BF2?
