G'dam graphic problem

well i got an graphic problem.. whenever i go in bf2 my gun looks all.. blocked,, white blocks apear as skin.. this happens to every gun char' or vehicle even tree's!

i got 1024MB RAM and i got a good graphics card (video card) .. does anybody know whats wrong with it.. ow btw i inmediatly installed patch 1.4 and not the previos ones, is that oke? ow and i re-installed it again.. but it doesnt work!

Sounds like it could be a driver problem or a heat related problem. Although id be inclined to think it was drivers.
What sort of graphics card is it?

i would be inclined to believe that your idea of a good graphics card and my idea of a good graphics card are two different things all togther. Help us out bud.

Go to START/RUN and type in DXDIAG then hit return. When its finished gathering information it will have detailed information about your pc listed within several tabs along the top. Click on the one that says display and it will tell you the make, model, chipset and memory on the graphics card, these are the things we need to know.
Also how much ram does your pc have and what type of processor do you use? (All can be found the same way)

uhh....
look at the bottem of your computer screen....there is a tab...click Start, then look to the right of the menu and click Run..., then type DxDiag then return or enter or ok, then there will be a couple of tabs above the menu that comes up, on the tabs click on display and thats where all the info you need to tell us is

A good start would be to update the drivers for your card first www.ati.com and get the newest ones you can if that doesnt cure it take a look at the card, in particular the cooling of it. If it has a fan give it a good clean to get the dust out if its a passive one without a fan its a mute point.

Im not sure what you could use to tell you the temperature of an ati card, it may be able to tell you in the radeon control panel.

Its his computer over heating Radeon 9600 is a old crappy card

well it works good now all of the sudden.. very.. weird.. i had the problem for 4 days now and now it .. just fanished (WTF??!)
