So, when BF2 first came out, my dad and i both played it pretty equally, i played it for about 60 hours and stopped, dad kept playing it and still does, now hes up to some 900 hours or so, back when it took 60 hours just to make lance corporal, then months later after 1.2 or 1.3 or somewhere around there i log in and i get CD Key invalid when i try to join a server, well wtf? hows dad been playing? i log onto his account and try to join, same error... well what gives?
i go to his windows account, which was the account that applied patches, i stopped playing or else i would have, and it works fine on his, but not on my account, now i just recently reinstalled and applied 1.4 and it works on my account, but not his... is there a way to fix this to make it work for both of our accounts, or are we stuck with this, because its kind of an inconvienence if either of us want to play for an extended period of time
