cant get to next rank even with req

hi there,
I got about 23 000 points as Master Sergent with all the basic badges,but i can't go to 1st sergent.
Im I missing something?

You probably got the point requirments before you got your last badge.... That means no promotion for you. Sorry.. that is how they programmed it.

You were suppose to get the basic requirments before 20,000 global points. Now, you can no longer become 1st sergeant. You will however make it to Sgt Major.

I was wondering about this too. Its kinda lame that i will never be a 1st sgt.

Yea, working to that goal (30K) and not get 1st sgt...but that will be soon behind you when you get sgt mjr .

wow thats lame indeed,is that another example of butching the coding of this game or is this on purpose?:wall:

Yeah...sorry you locked yourself out!!! Luckily, I checked out the requirements for 1st Sgt. and started getting those required basic badges before I hit 20,000.

The same holds true for Sargent Major (you need ALL basic badges), so make sure you work on your badges or you will be locked into Master Gunnery Sgt! and will not be able to get Sgt. Maj. for your next rank advancement.
