Quick Modding Question

when i play my mod, my mini-map is grey and in opposing corners it says DefaultInGameMap. there is no detail, only spawn points and flags. Solution? Please explain in full detail if your solution is complex - sorry not technical at all.

now some new problems. ground in the distance is a colour checkerboard,and it looks like the building have no shading whatsoever
