Thanks to those with kind words. The thing I enjoyed the most in finishing off the SF and EF awards was spending a lot of time on other servers besides my home server. It gave me a chance to meet, team up or fight against other known high ranking players and some forum regulars (like Butcherand his aliases, Patriot, RocketChild, BlackJesus, Jeremix, and others)

It may have taken forever to get the Euro medal without the UTAC server. They allowed me to play Euro as often as possible. They run a fair server for mature players who don't feel like their civil liberties have been compromised by a few rules.

As for the forum trolls, I do have a life and I am not a nerd. Hope to add you to my favorite victims list.:ar15:

Definately earned those, seeing how I rarely made it through the round without getting a negative KDR with him on the other team.

If being a nerd means going to school (BA and MBA) and learning how to spell than I must be one of the worlds biggest nerds. At least I am not living proof that the Minnisota school you attend dropped the ball when it comes to spelling your home state.

Oh I do get out and have a life. At a minimum my three kids are a sign that I have done something three more times than you...

Actually it is not bad if you are trying to get some AF time in too, because if you hang out at UTAC or Jolt enough, you can get your time in.

I end up playing about 3-4 hours per day. Usually start after getting through the kids homework and getting them in bed. I don't sleep much, so I would be up late anyway (probably watching TV or surfing the net). Start earlier and play later on weekends.

Funny thing is I have only played one round since last award. When I logged on, I couldn't figure out what I wanted to do (BF2, SF, EF or AF). I played a quick round of Great Wall, everyone left the server and I called it a night. Next night, I went to play on my home server, but everyone was playing the 2142 demo....:hmm: I downloaded 2142 and played a few rounds, but it hasn't done much for me yet.

Hey, good job Older-OMO. Too many are quick to criticize other's lives. Yet, they too log hours in-game and continue to post on these forums. Hyprocrisy can be an ugly thing.

Just as you, I enjoy playing towards awards/badges. I know this was a long time coming for you. Now you can sit back and enjoy all you've accomplished.
