I have looked it up on the search op, But it dosent seem to come back with anything and i'm sure its been posted before.

The question i have is how on earth do people roll on the floor from standing up and then shot u?

any one got any ideas and dose anyone know whats its called?

It's just an animation. You see it when people strafe + prone.
