Sun glare makes BF2 hard to see

Hi,

During the afternoon the sun shines into my window and washes out the screen, making it impossible to see anything except blurry lines. The only time I can see my weapon during the afternoon is when I throw a flashbang at my feet.

I've tried adjusting the monitor brightness and contrast up to 100 but it doesn't do anything, and my 6800GTs make it brighter at desktop but then it goes back to dark in game.

How can I make Bf2 brighter?

Make Lightning low, dynamic shadow and dynamic lightning off.. I think thats it.

Close the curtains/blinds?

Thats what I used to do when I had a CRT monitor.

I just put a large movie poster in my window , works like a charm... I know what you mean, its very annoying...

idk wat u mean exaclty..but for brightness, u can use "adobe gamma" found in ur control panel

Build a corbamite warhead then a rocket capable of reach'n the sun and simply take it out. Just use Google you can find instructions on " How to " do anything.

A lot harder than just closing thickish curtains. Besides not all of us have just a computer in our house :p
