Network Data Coruption Error

I get this about half the time I try to join a server.

What does it mean and how do I fix it?

I got that the other day. I was playing at home during the morning when I'm usually at work. That's when my anti-virus does a full scan of my hard drive, so while I was loading a map it started scanning and I got the error. Kill all your background apps that are running and see if it helps.
