there was another thread awhile ago where they explained that the more the "RIB" is in water..the slower it goes..so if u are like partially off water..u will go faster which is why u can go faster while driving along the shore

If you drive it on beaches you go super fast too. IDK why, it just does it. Like if you're MEC on Sharqi, go around the back of the TV station in a boat, and skim about a half a boat's width into the beach, you'll go really fast.

I'd lay money down that its not a "trick" but a bug, exploiting it could be seen as cheating.

untill they give the boat proper speed, i wont consider this a proper cheat. ive only been able to do it once though :P
