ok I saw a guy doing it last night, I wont say his name but I know what I saw, I was on dalian where the cobra spawns and he was behind the little house on the carrier or w\e, suddenly bullets started coming out of the wall, I heard someone say something about this before but I saw it last night, whats going on?

is he gliching, should he be reported?

I believe they glitched into the carrier [top] then just unloaded on the unsuspecting USMC player. But yes, we need evidence.
