    New speed record?

I couldn't get it to go past that.. I think that might be it's true top speed.

For all the people that think a J-10 is faster than the JSF, get it to get even close to that and i'll give you a cookie.

Is it faster when you point it at the ground? Just wondering as i would have thought that would have been the best way to get max speed( before.......CRASH... :) )

No in this game, the higher you are = the faster you go... The straighter you go = the faster you are.

So you need to go to the height just before you lose control and go completely straight.

I have a question if u use bf2 editor can we change a map from making it stop shooting if u go out of bounds and can u edit the jet setting so you dont lose control so if you try it at like 2000 alt you probably go faster? like say 6000?

Thats weird, even Dr. destructo on my old Amstrad CPC 464 had higher acceleration when gravity had an affect

Mabye DICE forgot about it? does seem strange though when you consider the amount of work they've put into the physics?
