2 Badges in one round?

Okay, I'd like some feedback here. I know it's possible that you can get 2 badges in a row (example: veteran assault > expert assault) right? Now yesterday, I was whoring repair points on Kubra Dam and what do you know, I got my vereran repair badge! WOOT! GO ME! With 150 tickets left, I decided to continue that, and ended up with 31 repair points in a round... But no expert repair badge...

Awnsers anyone? And yes, I was too lazy to search. Sue me.

Time requirement + # of global repairs = expert badge
