BF2 has no bullet/knife registry

I'm sure you all have had a "dusty knife." But, the dust happens with bullets as well. I am finding myself having to burst a support/assault kit 2x in the face to kill them. Wtf, seriously. They need to fix their registry problems. I almost feel like if you hit them on your screen no matter how slow ur connection is the server will give u the benefit of the doubt saying that u killed them. I'll be waiting for a 1.5 patch....what about u guys?

Same here. Lots of Zombies running around , Blank rounds in my magazine but my knife has been sharpened.

This has happened a lot recently: I see another guy from about 30m away, we both go prone, I shoot off 5+ G36E bursts into his face, and maybe one registers, I get killed... Pisses me off SO much!

Since the inception of the game the hit registration has been buggy but tolerable until the 1.2 patch. When the 1.2 patch was released the hit detection seemed to take a nose dive even further but mostly with the melee weapons (knives and shock paddles). It seem to remain the same for the subsequent patches up until now with the 1.4 patch. You guys are correct...not only does it take about 3-4 stabs to kill someone with the knife, but the guns are even worse sometimes taking entire clips to kill someone 5 feet in front of you.

i get this soooooo much but not with the knife!
Me and my mate were playing on a karkand map together and we were both enginere (with the shotgun on US) and I ran arround a corner and shot a guy in the face... the stands up ans kills me, then my mate shoots and he get killed to by the same guy. WTF!! 2 shots to the face with a shotgun and he didn't die!!!!!!!

i get this alot with the knife...stab, see puff, nothing....and hten end up dying
