bf2 stuttering help

when i was playing bf2, i noticed that its stuttering even when my fps is around 50-60

is there any explanation for that to happen?

i set all settings to low and i have a 7800GT GFX
memory size is 1GB and all drives are defragmented

same thing for me i get high fps even if i play low or high settings......playing on a local server is super smooth but when on a server with 70 ping i still get lag.......i even did a bunch of stuff from bf2lag.com

wat settings do u play at? 1 gig wont be enuff for bf2...

1gb should be enough if you have all unneccessary processes turned off...if you have all sorts of crap running in the background then it won't

i turn off the eset AV i have but i can still see it as a process in the background, about 8-10MB

what else did you turn off?

Do you experience the same issues in LAN play or single player? If not, then your issue could be your internet connection.

lots of people with this problem lots of solutions that dont work ..... blame patch 1.4
