No i have 10000 points and want to try to get the next 10000 in 1 week, maybe 2 if i am pushed. What i really want to know is apart from playing my *** off what can i do to get these points quicker, i have found playing IO is a good way.

I just want my last unlocks... 5k left.. I usually get 500-1k or 0 per day. ~3 spm on IO, ~2 when I try to fly on near-empty servers, lol.

Well i have said screw this idea. As it has been said BF2142 demo is coming out this week, and although i wont want to buy it, i sure as hell want to see the pile of rubbish EA is trying to sell.

As for the points, i will play having some fun for a while and then get my unlocks. But tbh, there is much more important things in life than BF2 so i cba to play much atm.

Lets have a little bit of common sense here, i would consider myself an average player, i can accumilate around 125 points an hour, now unless youre some genius i would say that would be your score( you can sneak in more points if you have no commander and just before round ends go commander to double your score, lol, cheat i know ) per hour would be around 100, thus it will take you 100 hours to achieve your goal on average, obviously this equates to just over 7 hours a day or 2 weeks or 14 in one week

if you can play 14 hours a day for 1 week i dont know why i should bother playing if people are so dedicated........

I don't have the time. My average per night is 1.5 hours. I still manage 250-500 points a night. Not bad for a 44 year old oldtimer.

Wow. I'm normally not one to judge, but you guys definitely need to get some girlfriends, lol. I love this game and all, but seriously, even if your point rate is something rediculous like 5 spm, you're still looking at spending 33hours and 20 minutes playing BF2 in a week. That's just a few hours shy of being a full-time job. Wouldn't you rather go out and enjoy the last few nice days before winter, maybe go out somewhere with some friends, etc, etc?

And even if you are that anti-social, or devoted to the game, or just plain old stuck in the middle of no where with nothing but a computer and a T1 connection with nothing to do, if you're not going to pick up 2142, why would you want to accomplish your final goal in BF2 so fast? Why not savor and enjoy it?
